Because Christmas is all about sweet traditions! Try this recipe for raspberry biscuits and surprise Father Christmas: đ
Ingredients
đ3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted;
đ1 cup brown sugar;
đ1/4 cup granulated sugar;
đ1 large egg + 1 large egg yolk;
đ2 teaspoons vanilla extract;
đ2 cups flour;
đ3/4 teaspoon baking soda;
đ1/2 teaspoon salt;
đ1 cup of white chocolate chips;
đ1/2 cup AgroAguiar frozen raspberries.
Directions:
1- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Set aside;
2- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth. Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla extract. Mix well;
3- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix until the mixture is smooth and no traces of flour remain. Add the chocolate. Don’t mix too much;
4- Finally, add the frozen raspberries. Mix until evenly distributed.
Use a spoon to make rounded balls of dough;
5- Place the biscuits 12 cm apart on the prepared baking tray and bake for 12 minutes or until they are golden brown and the centre has puffed up and is slightly underdone.
6- Leave to cool before eating!
