Valentine’s recipe

Fill the table with love this Valentine’s Day! Today we bring you a suggestion for a red berry panna cotta for an unforgettable evening. 🍓

Ingredients:

📍 200ml cream;
📍 50g sugar;
📍 1 teaspoon vanilla essence;
📍 3 gelatine leaves;
📍 150g AgroAguiar frozen red berries.

Directions:

1- Moisturise the gelatine leaves in cold water;

2- Heat the cream with the sugar and vanilla until boiling. Add the drained gelatine leaves and mix well;

3- Pour the mixture into individual moulds and refrigerate for 4 hours;

4- Serve with a layer of thawed red berries on top.
