Mango ice cream
Today we bring you a recipe where our mango shines! 🥭

Ingredients:
🥭 very ripe mango 2 pcs.
🥛 skimmed milk 2.5 dl
🍫 Pura Vida cooking chocolate 40 g
🥥 grated coconut 40 g
Preparation
Step 1: Peel and dice the mangoes, reserving two tablespoons.
Step 2: Pour the milk into the blender jug, add the mango pieces and blend everything very well (you can use a blender).
Step 3: Pour the mixture into small bowls and add the reserved mango pieces.
Step 4: Place in the freezer for about 6 hours.
Step 5: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and serve the ice cream with a little of the melted chocolate and sprinkled with the lightly toasted coconut.
