INGREDIENTS
📌500 g AgroAguiar Pumpkin
📌500 g Sugar
📌5 Eggs
📌2 tablespoons Wheat Flour
📌250 g Butter
📌Lemon to taste
📌Ground cinnamon to taste
PREPARATION
1️⃣ Start by boiling or baking the pumpkin.
2️⃣ In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, add lemon juice and zest.
3️⃣ Add the pumpkin purée, flour, and cinnamon.
4️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350°F.
5️⃣ Sprinkle baking paper with flour and spread the dough on top.
6️⃣ Bake for about 35 minutes at 180ºC.
7️⃣ Turn out onto a sheet of baking paper and, with the help of a cloth, roll up the pie.
