Blackcurrant jam

With simple ingredients and AgroAguiar’s deep-frozen gooseberries, you can make a delicious blackcurrant jam at home. Perfect for any time of day:

Ingredients:

📍500g AgroAguiar deep-frozen blackcurrant;
📍200g sugar;
📍1 lemon juice;
📍1 cinnamon stick.

Method of preparation:

1- In a saucepan, add the blackcurrant, sugar and lemon juice;

2- Cook over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and reaches the desired consistency;

3- Remove from the heat and leave to cool before pouring into bowls;

4- Serve with toast or yoghurt.
